  3. Taper off the dopamine-leaching stuff — like porn, alcohol, video games, drugs, and social media. Best? Try a dopamine detox.

  4. Batch up your shallow tasks and do them at the end of your day — when you’re low on energy.

  5. Start with the easiest task — and wield the built-up momentum to plow through the hard ones.

  6. For god-tier consistency, commit to 1 minute of daily work—9/10 times, that 1 minute will turn into hours.
