My migraine-plagued gaming days had me kissing my phone 10+ hours a day!

I’ve since reduced it to sub-60 minutes — here are 5 potent changes I made:

  • Kill all push notifications—except calls, messages, and payments.

  • Make DND your default—add emergency exceptions.

  • Embrace gray mode — switch back only for maps or photos.

  • Get rid of all widgets and use a simple wallpaper — an inspiring quote or a solid color.

  • Clean out all your fancy apps — except the essentials like shopping, payments, WhatsApp, and food delivery.

Don’t go nuclear on your phone right away — rather, ease into the changes one by one.
