Your best yet - this article really encompasess many aspects of whole-life living. I would also add the spiritual work most people forget. I have found I cannot "do-it-alone" as I depend on a far greater power than mankind to guide and direct my life. That spiritual connection is truly healing and comforting to depend on. Question: How do you come up with the topics your write about? I am curious how you generate a theme and content for your articles. Thanks!

This is beautiful work. I am obsessed with your articles. They directly fit into my life and thinking. I really enjoy learning and acquiring so much wisdom. Apart from this I actually learn a lot of new words and improve my vocabulary. Thank you so much for putting in great efforts to bringing out the best in your posts.

Though I am good at applying my learning in everyday life but when it comes to relationships be it your mother, brother, sister, or partner, I forget my learnings so easily and end up expecting things from them. Sometimes clinging to those temporary things/ feelings and then demanding or expecting them to be permanent leads to pain, hurt, anxiety, and depression. I have a humble request, can you please write something on relationships (not particularly about partners but anyone who you love and care about)? How to deal with them? To what extent should we attach yet keep ourselves detached so that no one is hurt? How to keep ourselves reminded of the learnings in everyday life so that we don't end up expecting things or forget them in the flow? It's a request, please write something on this. I have been searching through the web but couldn't find anything such. Eager to have one from you.
